Current events can feel overwhelming, and it’s challenging to cultivate a peace of mind on my own. Something which helps me tremendously is meditation – if I can remind myself to meditate.

Thankfully, on my quest to change my habits, I stumbled upon an app, which seems like a perfect match: Like duolingo, it uses a streak and reminder system. But unlike duolingo, it does not rely on ads – it’s a free app, run by a dutch nonprofit.

So if you want to start meditate, try medito.
